Dr. Navarro finished her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Medical Degree from Cebu Doctors University, Philippines in 2000 in the top of her class. She finished her residency at Heritage Valley Health Systems, an affiliate of University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in Beaver, PA from 2005 to 2008.
